When a valid application for review of a decision of the Council or a failure to make a determination by the Council has been made under the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015 and regulations made in terms of the Act, to review any such decision or non determination. To confirm the decision, modify the decision or any part of it or substitute a different decision. To conduct any review in accordance with the procedures provided for in the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015 and regulations made in terms of the Act. Membership consisting of the Provost and Depute Provost and 3 other members, on a rota basis, all not being members of the relevant Executive.
